Description
The PowerShares DB Energy Fund is based on the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index-Optimum Yield Energy Excess Return™ and managed by DB Commodity Services LLC. The Index is a rules-based index composed of futures contracts on some of the most heavily traded energy commodities in the world—Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI), Heating Oil, Brent Crude Oil, RBOB Gasoline and Natural Gas. The index is intended to reflect the performance of the energy sector.

You cannot invest directly in the index. Ordinary brokerage commissions apply.

1. Shares may be sold throughout the day on the exchange through a brokerage account. Shares may only be redeemed directly from the Fund by Authorized Participants in large blocks consisting of 200,000 Shares.
